For most engagements, we can mobilise a team within 2–3 weeks of contract signing. For urgent needs, we have bench capacity that can start faster. Discovery Sprints can often begin within 1 week.

Our primary focus is mid-market and enterprise organisations, but we selectively work with well-funded scaleups and Series B+ startups — particularly in FinTech, HealthTech, and deep-tech sectors.

Most clients start with a 2–4 week Discovery Sprint, which produces a detailed roadmap and business case. This then flows into a Focused Delivery project (8–16 weeks) or an Embedded Partnership for ongoing transformation work.

We are genuinely platform-agnostic. We have certified practitioners across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and across all major AI, MLOps, and data platforms. We recommend based on your context, not commercial incentives.

Security and privacy are built into every engagement. We sign comprehensive NDAs and DPAs, work within your security perimeter, and adhere to ISO 27001 standards. We never use client data to train AI models.

We offer both. Discovery Sprints are typically fixed-price. Larger delivery projects can be structured as fixed-price milestones, time-and-materials, or a hybrid — depending on scope certainty and client preference.

All projects include a 30-day hypercare period. After that, clients can choose a managed service retainer for ongoing support, monitoring, and evolution — or transition to their internal team with our documentation and training.

Absolutely — and we prefer it. Embedding knowledge into your internal team is a core part of how we work. We structure engagements to enable knowledge transfer so that your team can own and evolve solutions after we're done.
